Bad attitude and don't want to take responsibility

I wrote a customer complaint regarding Zenzele outstanding surplus payment for employees the company responded on Hello Peter side to say that someone called me to explain No one called me I even made a follow up to the customer service center of Coca-Cola but their attitude is not right very unprofessional rude I don't care attitude
