angry customer

Hello Peter<br> I am in fact very hurt beyond angry, this company is too big yet not one part of it cares about fixing their wrongs, I had wrote to you before about a lemon twist I found a cigarette burn in it, they came and took the bottle to lap and a month later after I kept emailing they finally reply saying it wasn't a cigarette burn it was some pipes, they just wanted to leave it at that, I have no proof of such, I know what I saw, I have the video and pictures still. They then invited me to the plant to see how its done but on my own expense. Weeks later my mother found a sealed sprite with small white particles inside, a whole bunch of them, I contacted them and they still tried to take the bottle of which we refused because I believe it doesn't matter what it is, fact is its contaminated , just like my lemon twist and are they expecting us to drink it just because the lap finds whatever not so harmful? Well this is what I know for sure, am anaemic ,mum is 62 and a chronic, we drink coke products on a daily , god knows what we have been putting in our system. And the attitute given to us is very bad, people use this bottles for ****, paraffin , Imagine. We taking this further.
