absolutely pathetic service

good day i am highly upset with your company, we phoned on Friday the 14th of December just to be told they can not help as our rep is in hospital. we then on Monday called again and they took our order, and ever since when we call to esquire about our order they keep on telling up that our delivery has been rescheduled for the next day. well we on Friday again and still no order, we do not have stock in store. our outlet number is 736009 and Ref: ********** 4. absolutely pathetic.
