ABI- Very bad service

I want to complain, for very bad service from Abi . I place my order on 13Oct, They suppose to deliver in 48 hours. On Friday I phone them again to ask where is my order, they promise me they will deliver on Saturday before 13:30. My shop is not open on Saturdays but I went to the shop an wait for them until 15:00.- with no luck. I thought maybe they will deliver today, but again they did not come. Now I'm trying to phone to complain and everyone I speak to have a deferent excuse, and said it will be there on Wednesday. My fridges is empty since Friday already. I have a busy shop at a Mine. The empty fridges looks very bad for my business , and all the people complain and think its a bad service from my side. Its hot, the people work hard and the need drinks. But what is unfair, once abi deliver I always need to pay in 48 hours other wise they block my account, but they don't deliver in 48hours??. And it is not the first time that this is happened. Please Im tired of bad service.
