ABI IGNORES COMPLAINTS

I sent an e-mail to ABI to complain about the quality of their 2l Cream Soda. After about 18 days my e-mail was deleted without being read. I again e-mailed to ask why my e-mail was not read, but simply delete and AGAIN it was just deleted without being read. Is this what they call customer service?
