ABI Coca-cola Welkom branch Pathetic Service delivery

ABI Coca-Cola Welkom is the most pathetic supplier that I have came across, this is now the 4th week in a row that I have either not receive my orders or they deliver a week late. As a small business owner we need stock on hand to ensure that we stay in business and with this pathetic service delivery they do not make it any easier. We place our orders online after the orders are placed we contact our Coca-Cola representative to notify him of the order and ask him to ensure that it is delivered and that doesn't even help, I have phone the sale manager and she is just as useless. The ABI WhatsApp complaint line is not helping at all, I cannot believe that a big company as Coca-Cola does not have a proper customer complaint line or e-mail address that can follow up and give feedback on poor service delivery.
