A truck driver from Coca Cola/ Abi ploughed my car

On the 2nd of November i was bumped by a Abi/ Coca cola truck as he entered an unauthorized area. i have witnesses to the accident and pictures to support that and a Accident report number, i have since contacted ABI but there is no response for the past two weeks now other problems have started on my car since the accident but there do not show any care dispite me talking to them, i have spoken to the Truck Driver, Mahlako, Byron and Robyn Sampson at Sabmiller but to no avail now i can't do my day to day duties as the car is now not moving.
