A truck driver from Coca Cola/ Abi bumped my car

On the 02 of November, a ABI truck entered an unauthorized area in Midrand, in the process he bumped my car, i have witnesses to this incident, photographs and a Accident Report Number from Midrand police. I have since spoken to the Truck Driver, Mahlako, Byron and Robyn Sampson about it but its two weeks their have not yet come back to me. I am self employed and my car ever since the incident has developed many problems which i am sure they are direct linked to the accident.
