A 500ml volume of coca cola products have been reduced to a 440ml but the price remains the same, I then called the customer care line and I could not get any clarity and this makes me a sad consumer I don't think it is fair to the consumers.
Customer care did not handle my query as I expected instead I was referred to one contact number and then back to another contact number.

We recently made changes to two packages out of our portfolio of more than 76 beverages, which exist in 36 pack sizes. This is not unusual and we regularly adjust our pricing, packaging and product mix to adapt to market conditions and consumer demands. We apologize that we were not as clear as we should have been about the changes. We could have communicated more extensively to our consumers at point of sale and through the media. Our company remains committed to serving South Africans with the choice of beverages they enjoy.
