4th complaint about the same issue coke tastes horrible, is sticky makes my throat hurt

This is now the 4th time I’m complaining. I went and got a 2.25l coke and it tastes like ****. It’s sticky and hurts my throat. Should I copy and paste my last complaint because clearly you guys aren’t investigating the issue
