1.5L coca cola 12 pack flat

I purchased a 12 pack coca cola 1.5l from ShopRite Tongaat on a black Friday deal, this was to be kept for the festive period from 24 December 2020 to 01 Jan 2021, when the first bottle was opened on the eve in Christmas the coke was flat with 0% gas...so I didn't think nothing of it as one bottle could of been bad..on Christmas day when families came together we had kept an additional 5 more during lunch it was opened only to be disappointed again as all the bottles was flat. We contacted the customer care line twice and they said they will send a representative to collect the remaining bottles of coca cola on the 28 of Dec 2020 was the first time and they didn't keep their promise as an SMS was sent to me to confirm collection, the second time I called was on 30 Dec 2020 and still was promised a representative to collect the remaining bottles.. this hasn't been done to date..it has costed me additional monies which was not budgeted for coca cola. Please I demand to be compensated as for my losses of additional..
