Worst hotel to stay at ! Don’t waste you money

PLEASE DONT EVER STAY HERE! My parents booked a week stay at this terrible hotel and the aircons were not working and the service was terrible !!!!!! The buffet was lousy this whole stay was absolutely horrible. You pay so much to fry in your room because the windows don’t even open .My parents had the worst stay they have even had in this pathetic hotel! How does an elite hotel have a water issue ? And doesn’t even try to help a client they simply said there’s no water !!!! Johannesburg has a load shedding issue but can grantee you out hotels have generators and invertors !!! GUYS DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND BOOK THE FORMULA 1 hotel at half the price with aircon !they have a jojo tank . It’s probably too expensive for this hotel to invest in one. The owners had a wedding probably that’s why they could care less about their customers!!! My dad said he will never pay to stay in this hotel again !!! I called Brenton who is apparently the manager he promised to get the marketing team to call me numerous amount of times and they never did until he decided to ignore my emails!!!!!! Please don’t waste your money there are better hotels for the price you pay at this disgusting hotel! I don’t think there’s a marketing team they not responding to customer complaints on IG,FB and Google reviews
