Coastlands Umhlanga - Disappointed
I made a booking on the 25 April 26, and was assured of a seafood lunch. However, there was no crab curry. I had guests from Gauteng and promised them that there will be the favored dish. I enquired from the waiters and the Chef and they confirmed that there was no crab curry. When I was requested a review from 'Dineplan', I mentioned that. They responded that the restaurant said that I did not see the curry. Seven guests, the waiters and the chef could not be wrong. This might seem insignificant but we need to hold people accountable. I emailed the restaurant but they did not reply. This is unacceptable as we pay for what we are promised. Very disappointed. Christian Kisten
