Stinking bathroom

I was booked on the hotel as from the 4th till the 6th of this month. I took my friend along as we wanted to go for a spa treatment, later on my fiance came and I had to book another room. I was given room no.1020. The room wasn't in a good condition, the bathroom was stinking such that even after closing the bathroom door we couldn't sleep because of the smell that was overpowering the aircon. 2 days later I was diagnosed with the uti. Worse nightmare was when we were having breakfast Sunday morning, I got cut by a broken glass on their breakfast area. I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to open their first aid box that didn't even had a plaster. I received no apologies what's so ever. This has been my worst experience in a hotel considering the amount I paid, I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
