No customer service and bright green pool

Terrible service at Coastlands Hotel, firstly you can’t have a room that’s a normal temperature, it’s must either be below freezing or they have to switch the aircon off completely so that you don’t freeze. Secondly I ordered a kids meal for my one year old for dinner, the food arrived 1.5 hours later. My son fell asleep without dinner because they forgot to put the order through. Pull up your socks Coastlands. Not a child or baby friendly hotel at all. Thirdly why is the pool bright green in Dec and Jan??!
