Disappointing Service

My family and I booked at Coastlands Umhlanga this past weekend and I was rather disappointed with the service. When we got to the hotel which was around 4pm to 5pm, our rooms were not ready for us and were still being cleaned. I dont understand how you advertise for check in to be at 2pm but are not ready when your guests arrive even after the check in time. The room that I had received had chicken bones in the bathroom which tells me that your housekeeping does not do a thorough job when cleaning the room. I had also requested for milk to be brought to my room because there was no milk in my room and I had to constantly phone and ask for the milk and I only received it about half an hour to an hour later. I would expect much higher standards from such a hotel.
