COVID PROTOCOLS NOT FOLLOWED

DO NOT STAY , THEY DO NO FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOLS . Upon approval we were told that the room was unavailable because they were fully booked the day before , fair enough however the courteous this to do is to warn your guests considering we drove 6 hours to be there on time as we were tired and obviously wanted to rest. NO TEMPERATURE TAKEN , NO REGISTER SIGNED. Moreover we were told we had to pay extra for parking per day , fine , we accepted it... when we FINALLY received our keys , we went to our room only to realize that there was trash left over from the previous occupant in the bathroom (EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC) and they left a quarter toilet paper roll from the previous occupant in the bathroom and just put on a new sticker meaning we were using and touching toilet paper that a previous person used - COVID PROTOCOLS OBVIOUSLY NOT FOLLOWED . LEFT ME WONDERING ABOUT THE INTERIORITY OF THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT. Disappointed to say the least , we left immediately. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
