coastlands umlanga worst in Dbn

Worst experience ever had in Dbn. Paid in advance for a family room only to discover at 4pm my room was occupied by another family. Manager on duty was not willing to assist. Reception staff had no clue what was happening. Took the family for lunch in their restaurant and even that was a fail.Please don't support this hotel.Their is much better hotels and BnBs that will take care of the patrons. After such an ordeal still.waiting on a refund.
