Coastlands Hotel Umhlanga - Pathetic Service

Absolutely terrible attitude, was told by the agent at the front desk that she cannot help me she is busy when i called in. Asked me to send an email to nightaudits. Waited one week for my invoice to be sent to me via email. Requested my invoice to be made out in my company name and was told they cannot assist me it has to stay the way its been invoiced. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Will definitely NOT stay there again and will NO LONGER recommend coastlands to other people.
