Atrocious treatment by the staff. From the Supervisor right to the clean staff.

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing absolutely appalling service from the hotel staff. The classism was blatant and shocking - it was clear that certain guests received preferential treatment based on their perceived social status. The staff's attitude and behavior towards me were dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. Simple requests were met with eye-rolling and sighs, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. The hotel's failure to provide even basic levels of respect and courtesy to all guests, regardless of their background or appearance, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
