Anniversary dissapointment

So we checked in today at room 1020 and we were looking forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary however from 19:00 there was a lot of noise from the other room, loud music, loud voices. I called front desk and they said they would sort it out however it has been over an hour and nothing has been done. When I try and call their reception again for follow up they are not taking my calls anymore. I am so hurt by the level of insensitivity they have shown after I did let them know we are celebrating our anniversary. Their rooms are lovely and clean however their management is very poor. I won't be recommending this place to anyone else and I won't be coming back again. If it wasn't for the curfew and having paid the full amount upfront we would be checking out today
