Under quoting over charging with late delivery

I contacted Coastal by referral of their apparent good service & competitive pricing. I sent through my request for collection together with my invoice on the 27th. I was told collection would only happen on the 28th but that my goods would arrive on Saturday the 29th. I received an email stating the cost would be N$ 380.38. Saturday I called & was told my goods would arrive on Monday. Monday morning I was called to please send through my invoice for customs.The invoice I already sent through on the previous Thursday & I was told my goods would arrive tomorrow & that the price was N$ 556 for VAT import & it would be explained as details on the waybill. Tuesday the 1st of September I called & was told my goods had arrived. Wednesday the 2nd of September at 9:00 I went to make the payment. The amount was 556.00. I asked about the VAT & they ADDED an additional 255 for outline plus the VAT which was NOT included for 267??? So I ended up paying 826.70 for a late package that had doubled in cost since the initial quote. All that I received was a Sorry for that Miss?
