Couriers who care

I was expecting an important parcel from Namibia. Postal services are lacking in South Africa but Coastal Couriers were quite efficient.

Barring the delivery address not being captured correctly (thankfully I phoned and emailed with the waybill number), they very quickly sorted it out and delivered the item within a few hours. I was informed the delivery had successfully taken place and was thrilled to collect the parcel in one piece.
