Terrible Sales Process

On the 4th of April 2023 I called the vodacom online department which supposedly is run by a company called Coactivate. I called them to take up a contract. The guy I spoke to took all of my details and then asked me to email documents to *** .za. I sent everything over the same day. I never received any feedback. On the 11th of April I called in again and was advised that the documents were not uploaded. I spoke to the Admin Team Leader Lennon Samduth. He then advised me to send the documents to his email of *** and also the admin lady Adrona Pillay. I then called on the 12th of April 2023 and was again advised that the documents was not uploaded. I was also advised that Lennon and Adrona is not working today. I then called again on the 13th of April and was trasferred to the admin department but no one answered. I called again and was then transferred to an agent . but no one answered. I called again and was transferred to Lennon Samduth but he did not answer. This is really very bad service and all of this is even before I take up this contract.
