The service level at Renault New Road Midrand has deteriorated terribly over the last 3 years

The service level at Renault New Road Midrand has deteriorated terribly over the last 3 years. Since 2024, my car is worse after service, parts are never connected properly and its only thanks to the Engen garage attendants that open the bonnet to find wires hanging!! this year, the oil pressure light started coming on after service, and the car was losing power, yet again the connections after changing the oil filters carelessly not fixed properly. At this rate, my life is being out at risk driving a car that has been "worked on" by Renault Midrand. The worst part is the attitude of the workshop manager, upon bringing it to his attention, he tried to blame me then got very arrogant and dismissive even in asking one of his mechanisms to check. No apology no accountability. I have emailed the principle dealer and gave customer care my feedback, but they couldn't be bothered. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO RENAULT MIDRAND, UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH!!!
