REPLACEMENT OF CAR

I bought a brand new nissan magnite from nissan pinetown in December, from day one we have had many issues with this vehicle and have had it back about 10 times now. these guys just have excuse on excuse. They have sold a faulty car and know about it but choose to ignore the faults after many attampts of having them seen to. failure after faiulure. when i wanted to return it i was told i cannot under some nonsence about giving them a chance to sort out any issues. the reason they didnt take it back was the mere fact that they would lose on the deal knowing the car was a dud. This has been ongoing from 12kms on the clock. You must see all the corrospondence from these guys, its shocking. It took a couple of months to get the brake pads. there is a serious clacking noise they many people have heard but Nissan Pinetown choose to ignore. This vehicle is a risk and is unsafe but we are forced to use it because the report came back that nothing is wrong. They DO NOT want to believe us. I wouldnt want this car to be sold to someone else and risk there lives. i really wish i could talk to someone about this because we are not getting anywhere with these irrisponsible people. Should you choose to follow this up Jonothan or anybody else from Nissan, well you will understand the lies and excuses you will here. They have said a new Nissan Magnite is on oder but have no clue when it will arrive? also when it eventually come i am going to charge the depreciation value at R6.00 per kilometer and i am already over R40000 as we stand. I should not be charged anything and the car merle replaced.
