Poor service

I bought VW polo 2019 From CMH Nissan Pinetown , within hours after signing the contract I was informed that the car have a problem with steering rack... The car was taken to vw for one week.. Then comes back with same problem. When I reported it to CMH Nissan Pinetown, I was told that its not their problem.. It's vw problem.. Now I am stuck with car that's makes noise every now and then.. Secondly they force me to take Tyre, servicing and cosmetic plan.. Which I didn't budget for... Which added R25k on the original car price.
