No accountability. Appaling behavior.

Booked a vehicle for a certain day, have the proof as well of them confirming the date. Arrived and was told they don't have my details or anything and that they were fully booked irregardless of the booking I made and can only book me 4 days later.Another client at their offices also had the same problem, absolutely appalling behaviour from staff. It seems this happens quite regularly too. Not to mention that previously they had charged for services and parts not rendered/installed, which I have proof of as well.
