Duplicated keys

I baught a Nissan np 200 from CMH Pinetown and my vehicle was opened by another nissan np200 keys I reported to cmh pinetown and they have done nothing about it the DP came out and said the keys are duplicated but the transponder will not allow your vehicle to be taken away from you .Now we living in times where BMWs And Mercedes are being ****** so my vehicle is also a high risk I then reported it to Nissan South Africa but nothing has been done van you assist
