Worse service from nissan

I called nissan midrand to findout if they have a part of my almera but everyone was busy to help me, i left my nunbers for parts guys to call me but that did not happen, i then decided to drive there because it's the closest nissan for me, when i got there a guy called Wandile told me to use watsup service and communicate with him which i did but till today i didnt get any respond, if nissa cannot help me with a nissan parts then who should help me, i try by all means to avoid piracy but nissan is leaving me with no option but to buy on the street,
