I bought a car in 2017, and days later found out that the dealership sold me a written off vehicle, a month later I was sold a brand new car. I let that slide.

2019/10/31, my car was due for a service, took it to the same dealership, as they are the closest one. I was told by 3 o clock, my vehicle will be done. I was kept updated by sms the whole day yesterday. Decided to call them, right after I got another sms to advise me that my vehicle is in the wash bay, I then spoke to a lady by the name of Adrienne Volmink, who advised me that my vehicle is almost ready for collection, and that collection arrangements were already made with my partner. I then called my partner to confirm if he was contacted. He advised me that a driver from CMH Nissan called him, but he came up with stories from what Adrienne told me, my partner said, the driver wanted to drive MY CAR and drop it off where we reside, WHAT!!? Called the driver, who was very rude to me, he told me that he is still at the dealership, this was right after I called Adrienne, who told me that the driver had already left!!! I knock off at 17:00, the time was 16:00, and my partner still had to go collect our 1 year old at Day Care. 17:00 came, and I waited, Adrienne called me to advise me that they knocking off, she’s going to leave MY CAR KEYS WITH THE SECURITY GUARD and that she is sorry for the inconvenience caused, and that I can bring my vehicle in for a Velvet as compensation, what a wow! I myself inconvenienced a lot of people by not having my vehicle ready at the time I was told it’d be ready.

1. We had to pay for after care, and we still didn’t get to sons day care in time, his grandmother had to fetch him 2. My life was at risk as I was fetched at 19:00 at night 3. My partner was working night shift, he arrived late at work, because of people who didn’t want do what was required of them to do.

I am so disappointed, and at this point in time, lost for words to describe the level of service I constantly get from the same dealer!
