Spare Key - CMH Nissan Midrand

I bought a used vehicle, VW Jetta, in December 2017. The car did not have a spare key. The dealership promised to order the spare key from VW, and let me know when they have receive it so that i could bring the car for key-coding. Today is 18 April 2018, at least four months later, i still do not have the spare key. Whenever I call the salesman he says "I'm going to VW tomorrow to check how far they are with the order of the spare key from Germany" and he never calls until i call again to hear the same story. i do not believe that it takes so long to get the spare key for the vehicle. What is also annoying is that i have to constantly follow them as if i am asking for a favour. i inquired at VW as to how long can one receive the key after placing an order, and the answer was "about a week" It has been more than eighteen weeks since i have waited for mine. All i want now is just to get the spare key, and me and my friends will never set foot at CMH Nissan Midrand ever again
