misleading service

i have bought a Renault on 2017 from cmh , on delivery of the car there was no spare key , the sales executive(chris baloyi) promise the key will be deliver a week after that but that did not happen , i went to the dealer ship a number of time he kept saying the y have order the key i have called and sent emails still no luck as i request to speak to a manager i am taken from one 0 point to the next . 1 years down the line i still dont have the key . all they were interested in is a sale now that it has gone thru no one of them care to give me what i have paid for , should i loose the key i have now im doomed .
