Manager needs training on handling clients

I saw an advert for a Hyndai accent on various car sales websites listed for R115K and I contacted the dealership to confirm the mileage & to make an apointment to go view the car. When I got to the dealership it was listed at R199k and the salesman was not aware of the error on the price and I alerted him of this huge price difference. He checked their own CMH website and the car was listed for R115K as well and he went to have a chat with his manager.

He came back to inform me that his manager said it an error on Autotrader's side and they will fix it by tomorrow. My issue here is that the manager did not have the decency to get out of his cushy office and come talk to me and apologise himself and tell whatever story he had cooked up. I drove all the way from Sandton for this nonsense and he can't even be bothered to come and handle the situation himself. I am really not mad that they made an error but just disappointed at how the used car sales manager handles potential clients, it makes you wonder what sort of an example is he setting for his team.

With all the bitterness in my mouth, I must be fair and commend the salesman because he was sincerely sorry so I am not mad at him.
