Level of professionalism cmh Nissan midrand

I took my car in for check, because it had a orange light on and yes I got helped and I was told the break switch light was not working, so they had to send paperwork for approval. Then because they not professional I was the one doing follow up from Monday till Wednesday. Then the lady told me she was on training, and it was approved now they have to check how long will it take for me to get the switch light, the level of professionalism it is not on. And iam really disappointed.
