Horrible Manager

on the 6th of January i went to CMH NISSAN MIDRAND to go and collect my new vehicle thinking that everything had been sorted out by the sales guy KENOSIS. I arrived there very excited, there was no one that came to assist me, Kenosi was busy with a customer until after sometime some guy came, i asked to speak to the manager, after 10 min the manager, i think his name is Ernest came, said there is no delivery note from the bank i can not take the car, i was coming from durban to specifically fetch the car to drive back same day. i then told the manager that the deal is then off because i was not advised about the delivery note and also im not happy with the condition of the car, i was promised that the dents would be fixed, they partially did that and over sprayed paint on the tyre, and still had the nerve to give me the car like that. The manager got angry and screamed '' i bladdy kept the car for 2weeks for you, i had so many people that wanted it, i am very angry at you, you are ****ing me off". i Then said as a manager your manner of approach is bad. He couldnt even offer to fix the problems and make arrangements with me.I have a video showing how he went off with my dad.The sales guy then made an agreement with me that they will fix the dents on monday and the wheel cap and the ariel for the car, i got there none of this was done. Apparently the dents were too deep, the wheel cap was going to be fixed in two days, the ariel was being ordered. i am still waiting for these things to be couriered to me. however i will never ever set foot there again, and that manager needs to be fired because i was told he always behaves like this especially towards black people.
