Empty Promises

I purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle in the beginning of November - On inspection of the vehicle i enquired about the Tow Bar - The vehicle had a tow bar installed but the tow hitch and tow ball were missing , I was told they had these and it was no problem ! On receipt of the vehicle they were still missing and was then told they had been ordered from Dealer .. Many phone calls and e-mails later i came to the realization they were not forth coming and i would not receive the goods . The sales Guy Doug Filmalter blantantly **** about the whole issue on numerous occassions .. When i contact the DP John Gray he was also full of empty promises . It is a pity that this small issue could of been resolved so easily , but has now resulted in a very disatisfied customer .. Beware of empty promises
