Despicable service

I took my car in for the 30000km service at Woodmead Toyota, I bought it second hand in December 2015. upon the completion of the service I was advised by the service manager that my rear brakes were worn out and this shouldn't be the case and I need not be paying for this given that this was my first service and I had only driven the car less than 10k and that all my brakes should still be fine and this report was contrary and therefore the dealership which sold me this car should be covering these brakes as they sold me a car with worn out and shoddy brakes. I drove to Woodmead and was met by my sales person Kamo who was complacent, rude and uninterested in hearing my complaint, I was led to Junaid the manager and upon stating my case he took my details and promised to call me but never did so, when I followed up a week later he blatantly **** and said this issue had been resolved, God knows with whom he resolved it. he then proceeded to tell me that he won't help me with anything and I can go ahead and complain he doesn't care. this attitude is unbecoming and disappointing from someone who calls himself a manager and clearly he inspires the same don't care attitude to his subordinates. Iam very disappointed and will never refer any of my friends to this dealership ever again, Junaid and Kamo should learn to deal with customers properly if they want to see their dealership succeed. I informed them about the missing service book and never got any response regarding that & to this day iam still waiting.

disappointed customer
