Bad Service

Their service after sales is extremely bad. Bought a used vehicle from them and requested them to fit a towbar. Instead of them appointing qualified fitters they decided to order it and fit it themselves but they failed. When I tried to hook a trailer the towbar could not maintain it leve. Brake pads where making noise and I went back to them to raise some issues. I spoke to their Sales Manager Mr. Peter who was so defensive. He ended up promising to assist however nothing has happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them. No quality checks done before they deliver their vehicles to customers (Maybe I am the only victim)
