BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

If I can give you zero stars I would. Very disappointed, signed my contract went to fetch my car, and they did not want to give me the car because there was no Permit, went to fetch the permit from another garage. Now I'm waiting almost 2 hours already. Came back with permit just to find out there is no invoice done so I can't get my car and the car that was mine that was the trade in, I could also not take. So, I don't have my old car and can't get my new car. The Owner then came and assured me my car will be delivered to me the next day and they lent me one of their cars. So today went by and still nothing. Now they said there is something wrong with my contract and they are going to lose money. So, they have my new car and old car. This is very bad service!!! Just saying please watch out. The only decent guy working there that tried to help in every way possible is Jaco Du Preez. Sadly, he resigned. Maybe he noticed that the service is very very poor.
