Terrible customer service-after sales

This dealership is very deceiving. They salesman had assisted with selling a brand new vehicle but no after sales service provideded at all. Purchased a Renault kwid in August this year, only to discover a few weeks later that the vehicle was faulty and had some issues. When taken into the dealership and informed the staff the problems experienced, they do not believe us even when proof in the form of videos were provided, as requested by the dealership. They had taken the vehicle in twice to run "tests" on the vehicle, upon which they simply cannot find the fault. As a female driving this car and it stalling in the middle of the highway in the night, this is ridiculous. The dealership refuses to assist me in replacing the vehicle which is certainly faulty and I refuse to put my life at risk when it stalls in the middle of the road while driving. The owner and the salesman have been of no assistance. I've been given the run around by this company and the service is pathetic.
