Stay far away from CMH Ballito

If I could give Zero stars I would.

I bought a car from CMH Nissan Ballito in March 2019 and that is where my problems started! The first car that I bought was involved in an accident which they did not disclose to me. I then agreed to having the vehicle repaired after letting them know that I was unhappy with the vehicle. The work that was done was shocking and it was with them for over a month. I then decided to cancel the deal and to try and go elsewhere.

They quickly contacted me to see if they could find me another vehicle. I agreed and took 2 people with me to go and view the other vehicle. This also took about 6 months of going back and Forth. I was promised the world in order to take this new vehicle.

One of the things that I was promised was a full 120 000 major service in order to ensure that the vehicle is perfect. I later found out that this was never done and that it was a simple oil change!

The problems kept on coming. A week from when I collected it is when I found the first problem. Since then it has been back 7 times. I have only had the vehicle for a year and it has had:

A catalytic converter replaced The turbo Front and Rear brakes ( which I reported in the first month of having it ) I was then told that it is due to my wear and tear on the vehicle. After reading the service invoice, I saw that this was advised to be replaced before I even took the vehicle! Which just shows the dishonesty! I had to beg them for new windscreen wipers as the others were absolutely shot. I have got 2 small children and a newborn! They were promised to me last year and I received them 6 months later And now the clutch has gone!

Is this normal? Wear and tear? 6 months of having the vehicle ( 3 of which were a national lockdown )

They are now wanting me to spend a crazy amount of money to have it repaired.

There is no customer service and I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from them. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands to beg, go back and forth and fight for everything that you request!
