Shocking treatment

I am appaulled at the recent service received. A vehicle that was offered to me, and then so called already sold! I was then told that I would have feedback the next morning and I am still waiting for a response..

The customer service and fales advice / advertising/ promises I received was shocking to say the least.

Is this how all customers are treated !
