Service & Delivery Cost - *******

I recently purchased a vehicle from CMH Nissan in Ballito. The process was relatively painless. However, I paid an amount of R3950 for service and delivery in addition to the licensing costs. I expected therefore that the vehicle will be prepared for delivery taking into account all mechanical and performance needs. To my surprise, on my way from delivery, I noticed that the wheel alignment and wheel balancing was not done. I contacted my sales person and without hesitation, asked that I bring the vehicle back to remedy the short-coming. Despite sending the vehicle to them, I noticed that the wheel balancing was not done yet again. I have had to pay for the balancing myself and under further inconvenience for having to personally take the vehicle in myself.<br> Importantly though, I am asking CMH Nissan, what is the R3950 service and delivery charge for? The vehicle comes with a service plan, they put in a little amount of Diesel (say R200-R300 at most), and you get nothing else. How then is this amount accounted for?<br> Secondly, your service department needs some urgent attention in keeping promises and being efficient.
