Pathetic Disastrous Service

Bought a 2011 Renault Sandero Stepway in May 2020. A week later picked up numerous faults. Sales manager notified but no help. Finally contacted ombudsman and adviced. Only then did they suddenly jump on the bandwagon. Or so i thought. Its now 2 months later and i havent received my car. Still being told "almost done".. and also find out im billed for extras that already exist on car. For auto armour that was never done. New numberplates but car still has previous owners ones, and smash and grab that was already on car when i viewed it prior to purchase. Cant find my salesman anymore and the initial sales manager up and left. Cant even find the finance lady that did the signing of the deal. Now im stuck paying for a car that i dnt even have. Totally disastrous experience.... this car sales gives all the other CMH DEALERS a bad reputation. Will never refer anybody to this dealership again. Stay far away.
