NISSAN failure to initiate engagement

Over 15 months later and still the NISSAN guys fail to initiate any solution highlighted to their Dealer Principal. And their recommended panelbeater companies are reluctant to issue a report in case they lose lucrative business. Sounds like a cosy arrangement....!!
