NISSAN BALLITO TOOK MY MONEY AND MY CAR AND GAVE ME NOTHING.

Over 1yr i still await answers from CMH NISSAN BALLITO i have bought more than 30 bakkies from them and 5 cars than was buying 5 more bakkies from them and was told to pay and collect the next day from the sales man. i had paid the over 1.2m and when i get there i was told that they cant give me my bakkies or my money. just before this i had 1 bakkie that engine was broken that was under 200km and was promised a new bakkie, after 3 months of fighting with them i get told they not giving me a new bakkie they have replaced the engine. after taking the bakkie i come to find out that they have not even done the police clearance on the bakkie which i have to do. according to them it is against the law for me to sell my bakkies so till date they have not refunded all my money i have tried a number of times and left a number of massages for the manager to call me but till date nothing. the best part is the bakkie was registered on my name which they have taken of my name with out my consent. the best part is they new from the start i was a car dealer and selling the cars they kept on calling me to sell more and more for them i have paid them on every invoice but till today i dont have my full refund my bakkie or the new bakkie that was promised i have called Nissan south africa and till now Nissan south africa has never come back to me the only thing that was said is the cant keep my money.i was even sent to there family members to go supply cars to just a week ago i heard that they now sending customers to other dealers so they can get spotters. when i was selling cars for them i was good when nissan told them is not right it became a problem so they stole my money which till today i am waiting. the deal Principal name stuart singleton tells my i can get f... he will never refund me or give me my car. they call me from there cell phones and tell me this story than from the land line with another story saying they must do that so nissan must not know they new i was selling the cars. i have asked for proof showing where in south africa does it say i can not sell my cars. i have had a rental contract for 5 years with the bakkies i have paid for and never got no i have lost that plus the money and bakkie they are owing me. i have sent the lawyers letters in which the dp say the bakkies belong to cmh nissan till fully paid for in whice it was. but still no further response fron any one of them. i truly i have now open a case against them for ***** for removing the car of my name with out me knowing and then selling my bakkie to some other person. as stuart said once paid it is not there car its the customers and i can do as i please with it. i had than found that i am not the only customer having problems when this dealer ship so when is nissan south africa not stepping in to sort this out then can say every thing over the phone but this is one of there dealer ships giving nissan a bad name i will again ask MR stuart please show me in which law does it say i can not do what i want with my cars. just 2 months back i get a call from them to start buying cars from them again but MR STUART you stole my car and my money in which i want so can you please give it to me with all cost that i have spent. i see you are a man of you word of what you said in you office you will show me i will never get anything back and you will drag this for years in which you are doing that is why you do not respond to us.i do hope you do know there is a GOD and he never sleeps. i and now doing this hoping some one from the HEAD OF NISSAN SOUTH AFRICA AND CMH NISSAN WOULD GET INVOLVED in the matter as youll know i am not the only one with a ***** case against this dealer ship i want what is mine in my right. i am sure CMH NISSAN can see the reviews on this man and what type of man he is and how he runs you dealership so i think its about time you step up now and step in. please fell free for call me on my number *** anytime i would also like to ask all if you have had a problem with this dealer ship please drop me a whatsapp or even call me and let take this further with nissan south africa as they need to see how this man runs this business.
