Friendly but terrible after sales service

Nissan only ever allocate 1 customer service person to Renault vehicles. When they say they are going to confirm something with you they call maybe 10% of the time. They replaced my brakes and windscreen wipers( wipers replaced approx a year ago, nothing wrong with them) on my last free service. The new wipers and brakes squeak. I wasn't even told that they were being replaced.
