Fighting for my refund after so many promises.

Branch manager when i signed and purchased a new vehicle he added 3 extras that i did not want. I was given cash back for 1 of the extras and im still waiting for the smash and grab money to be refunded as i said i wasnt interested in it. I cant understand why they think its okay to add extras without your consent. I was told it be paid yet i keep asking when and then Martin said 7 December and its now 11 December still no luck. I wont use them again.
