Customer relations

Their customer service/relations leaves a lot to be desired. They have no structure to have inter staff comunication let alone customer comunication. They have a lot of personnel walking about but the answer is always an excuse "I dont know". They have no abillity to udate custo.ers with info whether good or bad.
